These are premium Peacock Herl (Flue)—naturally iridescent, thin strands found along the Peacock feather shaft just below the Eye (Moon). Each Herl is expertly hand-plucked and carefully sized.

What Makes Them Unique:
Each Herl is carefully “burnt” to remove selected feather barbs in a layered Tie & Dye design, creating a distinctive pattern of fine, exposed strands with sections of natural feather barbs remaining between them. The result is a unique, textured effect with beautiful movement and dimension.
