Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our studio in Chino, California.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Custom-dyed or

made-to-order items may take longer — we’ll let you know if your order needs more time.

Domestic shipping: Free on orders over $80 within the US. Standard rates apply below that

threshold, calculated at checkout.

International shipping: Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary by

destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included

in your order total.

Feather goods and customs: Some destinations require a certificate of compliance for

animal-derived products. If your shipment needs one, add it at checkout or contact us before ordering — customs delays or seizures due to a missing certificate are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or delayed shipments: Once a package leaves our studio, delivery timelines are

managed by the carrier. We’re happy to help track a shipment, but are not responsible for

carrier delays.
