The Hat Pin is made using a mix of Dyed Turkey “Flat” Feather , Natural Guinea “Polka Dot” Plumage Feather and the Dyed Coque Hackle Feather .
The feathers are individually selected, cut to size, placed together before wrapping them at the base with a special adhesive tape.
Unit offered is 1 piece.
