The Hat Pad is made using the Natural Guinea Plumage Feathers and Dyed Emu Feathers as shown in the image alongside.
100% Handmade and perfect for Millinery, Hat and Hair Accessories.
The Pad’s size dimensions are as shown on the image.
Each feather is expertly selected, Trimmed, Dyed and placed on a cloth base using a special adhesive.
The Cloth base can be easily sewn on or glued onto.
Available in the Natural Color “as in Image”.
