The Hat Pad is made using the Iridescent Green Peacock Sword/Eye feathers of the Peacock.
These are the feathers that have the characteristic of both the Peacock ‘Eye’ Feather and the Peacock ‘Sword’ Feather.
100% Handmade and perfect for Millinery.
The Pad’s size dimensions are shown on the image.
Each feather is expertly selected, Trimmed and placed on a cloth base using a special adhesive.
Available in the Natural Color “as in Image”.
