The Hat Pad is made using Plumage feathers of the Lady Amherst Pheasant with Faux Leather.
100% Handmade and perfect for Millinery.
Each feathers is expertly selected and placed on a cloth base using a quality adhesive.
The Faux Leather is then attached to the Fabric base and secured with an inner and outer machine stitch.
Available in Natural Colors "as in Image".
