Coque Hackle Wheel (Half) The Half Hackle Wheel is made using Stripped Coque Hackle feathers.
The feathers are individually stripped at half the length of the feather. Every forth feather has matching beads attached to the feather shaft using a strong adhesive.
There are approximate 37 to 40 individual Feathers in each piece. The feathers are then attached to a semi circular fabric base having an adhesive layer.
The size of the semi circle piece is 10 Inches in diameter and 5" in height.
Ideal for Art & Crafts, Millinery, Floral Decoration etc.
