These are the Bleached White or Dyed Strung Chicken "Hackle" Feathers. The Hackle feathers are the feathers from the neck region of the Domestic Chicken. The natural characteristic of the Hackle feather is that the feather has a Strong central shaft having a narrow soft webbing at the base and the feather tapers gradually towards the top. The Size offered is 2" and Up. The size of the feather is measured from the base till the top tip of the feather. The Unit on offer is a 1 pack having ½ Oz. of feathers that have been expertly Sorted, Cleaned, Sized, Dyed and strung together at the base of the feathers using a sewing machine. The strung length is approx. 9 Inches for ½ Oz. of feathers. For volume discounts please mention larger quantities in the Quantity box below or refer to the chart above.
